SEC-iRegister is our first step in advancing the use of online technologies in the delivery of quicker, more efficient, and better service to the public.  We hope that in the process, we are fostering the competitiveness of the Philippines and promoting its viability as a base for globally competitive business operations.

SEC-iRegister has been made available for official use even before the 30 June 2002 deadline set by R.A. 8792, otherwise known as the E-Commerce Act.
 

Welcome to the new SEC i-Register Version 2 Facility

In our attempt to further improve the delivery of our online services, we have implemented an enhanced SEC i-Register system. We expect that the enhanced facility will enable even novice internet users to use the SEC i-Register without any difficulties.

Some of the new features of SEC i-Register Version 2 are:

  • Enhanced Name Verification
    A list of Reserved and Registered Companies that is similar to your Proposed Name is shown if your proposed name is not accepted by the system.

  • Cancel Reservation Facility
    If you want to change your reserved company name, you can cancel the reserved company name and reserve a new one again.

  • Endorsement Listing
    For your guidance, selected industries that require endorsement from government agencies are listed.

  • Search Industry
    For easier and faster selection of industry, you can use the Search Industry Facility.

  • Use Setup Wizard style for easy navigation
