Submission
of Special Form for Financial Statements of Broker Dealers in Securities
In
compliance with the SRC Rule 52.1-5 Annual Audited Financial Reports (AAFR)
of Broker Dealers, all registered Broker Dealers in securities are hereby
directed to file annually six (6) copies within one hundred ten (110) days with
Commission the Special Form for Financial Statements of Broker Dealers in
Securities. Likewise, the said form shall be the basis to properly monitor the
AFFR and for a standard monthly net capital computation for all broker dealers.
Attached
is the Special Form for Financial Statements of Broker Dealers in Securities.
This
memorandum circular shall take effect immediately.
