WITH REVOKED CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

In
line with the monitoring of registered corporations, the Commission
published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer Orders requiring corporations
who failed to submit General Information Sheets and Financial Statements
for the last six ( 6 ) years, i.e. 1997 - 2002 to appear within thirty (
30 ) days before its Company Registration and Monitoring Department and
show cause why their Certificate of Registration should not be revoked.
For
failure to comply with the abovementioned orders, the Certificates of
Registration of the corporations named hereunder are deemed revoked. To
revive their registration, they may file petition to lift the revocation
orders.
