Rule 26. Inspection of Books, Reports and Papers 

26.1.  The books, records and papers of the issuer shall be subject to examination by the Commission from time to time to the extent and in the manner prescribed by the Commission.

26.2.  The information and documents required to be included in or filed with the Registration Statement shall be kept current in order to enable the Commission to determine the operations of the issuer.
