Rule 39. Effectivity
These New Rules shall take
effect fifteen (15) days after the date of last publication in two (2)
newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall apply to new
plans registered after such effectivity. Insofar as plans registered prior to
the effectivity of these New Rules, the latter shall apply effective April 30
2002 unless otherwise provided herein.
