The Commission has received information that BROILERPRENEUR CORPORATION, an entity which has been the subject of anSEC Advisory issued on31 May 2019,is also operating under the namesof BROILER ENTREPRENEURSHIP AGRIVENTURES INCORPORATED(“BROILER ENTREPRENEURSHIP”)and SUPER LIVESTOCK HOLDINGS INC.(“SUPER LIVESTOCK”),employing the same fraudulent investment schemes used byBROILERPRENEUR CORPORATION.Basedon the informationgatheredand verifiedbythe Commission, BROILER ENTREPRENEURSHIPand SUPER LIVESTOCKare enticingthe public to invest by purchasing a minimum of twenty(20) chicks worthOne Thousand Pesos (Php1,000.00)witha guaranteed profit of 100% in sixty (60)days. The public is hereby informed that BROILER ENTREPRENEURSHIPand SUPER LIVESTOCKareregistered with the Commission ascorporations, however, they areNOTauthorizedto offer, solicit, sell or distribute anyinvestment/securitiesto the public. Such activities require a Secondary License from the Commission and the securities or investment product should likewise be registered withtheSEC before they can be offered or sold to the publicunder Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC). Both entities were NOTissued such license by the CommissionConsequently, those who act as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of BROILER ENTREPRENEURSHIPand SUPER LIVESTOCKin selling or convincing people to invest in theirinvestment schemesincluding solicitations or recruitment through the internet may likewise be prosecuted and held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRCand penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) or maximum penalty of Twenty One (21) years imprisonment or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC (SEC vs. Oudine Santos, G.R.
