It was issued its Certificate of Incorporation on 09 August 2019.Its primary purpose is: To engage in trading of livestock such as hogs, chickens and other related services.Based on the information gathered by the Commission, contrary to its primary purpose, MYBITCLAIM TRADING CORPORATION(MYBITCLAIM)has been enticing the public to invest in the said entity online or through the internet of its BUY & EARN X4PROGRAM WITH PRODUCTSand a promised of PAYOUT FOR 30 DAYS. Such activities require a Secondary License from the Commission and the securities or investment product should likewise be registered with SEC before they can be offered or sold to the public under Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).
