The public is informed that the issuance ofa certificate of incorporation only grants the said corporation a juridical personality but does not constitute an authority or license for the corporation to engage in activities that require a secondary license from the SEC. Consequently, the Commission encourages the public to be prudent in making or placing their monies on these entities especially during this pandemic.The public is advised NOT TO INVESTor STOP INVESTINGin any investment scheme being offered by any individual or group of persons allegedly for and in behalf of XTREME HOUSE OF BEAUTY and to exercise caution in dealing with any individuals or group of persons soliciting investments for and on behalf of said entity.Those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC Vs. Oudine Santos (G.R.
