and promoted and marketed by
MP SALES
INC.
Its foun
der and CEO/President is
RAYMOND P. PINEDA
,
a.k.a
“MON PINEDA.”
EVERY SUPERMARKET
offers two (2) programs:
Under this program, the applicant may invest
THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT
THOUSAND
PESOS
or
FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS
, depending on the selected
plan, projecting an earning opportunity
with a “conservative” return of income ranging from
“10% to 20% earnings per year.”
It shows as its project an
ongoing construction of EVERY SUPERMARKET in LIPA BRANCH.
To join, prospective clients are required to attend a Business Partnership
Seminar

but does not authorize
them
to issue sell or offer for
sale securities to the public nor undertake business activities requiring secondary license
from the Commission.

are
not authorized
to solicit inv
estments from the pu
blic as they
did not secure prior registration and/or license to
solicit investments from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities
Regulation Code.
Accordingly, those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this ve

or offer investment contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally liable under
Section 28 of the SRC penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million Pesos (P 5,000,000.00)
