NOT REGISTERED WITH THE COMMISSION

Hence

IT CANNOT ACT OR OPERATE AS A CORPORATION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVISED CORPORATION CODE OF THE
PHILIPPINES
which imposes strict penalties for nonconformity and/or violations.

RULES AND REGULATIONS ON PUBLIC SOLICITATION

al fund drives by promoting transparency and accountability of persons,
corporations, organizations
and associations
to ensure the efficient management of
funds solicited from the public.
