) that a public Facebook

using the
Commission’s official logo without
authority from the Commission.
In connection with this, p
lease be
advised
that the Commission has
not authorized the said Facebook Page to use and alter the official logo
of the SEC.
The public is further
informed
that the Commission is not, in
any way, c
onnected or affiliated with
the
SEC NEWS AND UPDATES

s duly registered with the National Historical Commission
of the Philippines
in April
2016. As such, the logo is a property of the
Commission and all rights pertaining thereto belong to the
SEC
. Any
unauthorized use thereof by individuals or entities shall be severely dealt with
by law.
