We are pleased to formally invite all Publicly-Listed Companies (PLCs)’ to the 3rd SEC-ICD-GGAPP Joint Corporate Governance Roundtable for PLCs with the theme, “Elevating Philippine Corporate Governance Standards”. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in partnership with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Good Governance Advocates and Practitioners of the Philippines (GGAPP), will be holding its Corporate Governance Roundtable for PLCs on 06 March 2024, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, via Zoom.

The roundtable activity aims to foster insightful conversations among industry leaders, sharing best practices and addressing challenges in ensuring effective corporate governance. It will also be a unique opportunity for your company to engage in meaningful dialogue with peers, industry experts, and regulatory authorities. Your perspectives and experiences will contribute to shaping the discourse on corporate governance. The topics to be covered are the following: (a) ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Updates; (b) Best Practices and Challenges in the Adoption/Implementation of Corporate Governance in PLCs, and (c) ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Best Practices.
