The Commission has receivednumerous reports regarding the activities of anentitynamedUnity Wealth Marketing, which is also using the namesUWealth Premiumand Unitywealth 100.In its Facebook Account, Unity Wealth Marketing/UWealthPremium/Unitywealth 100claimed that itsoperation is legitimate since it isregistered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The entity is owned and operated by Mr. Anthony Tiongco Mendozawho illustrated in his promotional videos posted in his FB accountandin Unity Wealth FB Accountthe following waysof earningmoney byjoining the company:1.Sponsorship Bonus;2.Indirect Bonus;3.Infinity Pass-up Bonus; and4.Unilevel Bonus.The public is hereby informed thatUnity Wealth Marketing/UWealthPremium/Unitywealth 100 is not registered with the Commission as a corporation or partnership and is not authorized to solicit investments from the public, not having secured prior registration and/or license to solicit investmentsas prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).Those who act as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of Unity Wealth Marketing/UWealth Premium/Unitywealth 100in sellingand convincing people to invest in the investment scheme being offered by the said entity including doing solicitations or recruitment through the internet may likewise be prosecuted and held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRCand penalized with a maximum fine of FIVE MILLIONPESOS (Php5,000,000.00)or a maximum penalty of TWENTY ONE (21) years imprisonment or BOTH pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC.In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise self-restraint from investing their hard earned money into such high-yield,high-risk investment scheme and to take the necessary precaution in dealing with individuals representing the above-named entity.Should you have any information regarding the operation of the subject entity, you maycontact our Enforcement andInvestor Protection Department(EIPD)attelephone numbers (02) 818-6337or(02)818-5476 or visit EIPDat North Wing Hall, Ground Floor, Secretariat Bldg., PICC Complex, Pasay City.PasayCity,March 05,2019
