The public is hereby warned concerning the investment taking activities being undertaken by HYPER PROGRAM INTERNATIONAL DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION and HPI DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION and their related affiliates. Subject corporations have not been issued by this Commission a secondary license to publicly offer or sell securities and to solicit investments from the public.
Per verifications made, HYPER PROGRAM INTERNATIONAL DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION and HPI DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION are offering different Product Packages for which they undertake to give investors referral rewards for recruiting new investors, a maturity reward for each matured package of their referrals and bonuses up to the tenth level through their reward system (Company Group Sales Incentives).
As part of its modus operandi, HYPER PROGRAM INTERNATIONAL DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION and 1+1 DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION invite people through the internet/social media (Facebook) to invest in its cosmetics and health and wellness products by promising huge returns of up to 30% to 35% on their investments in a span of 40-45 days.
The sale or offering for sale or distribution of securities within the Philippines without a registration statement being filed with and approved by the Commission in violation of Sections 8(8.1) and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) is punishable with a fine of not less than FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,OOO.OO) nor more than FIVE MILLION PESOS or imprisonment of not less than seven (7) years nor more than twenty-one (21) years, or both in the discretion of the court pursuant to Section 73 of the said law.
Those who participate including those who offer investment thru the social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in this ihvestment taking activity of HYPER PROGRAM INTERNATIONAL DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION and HPI DIRECT SALES AND TRADING CORPORATION are at risk of being prosecuted for criminal violation of the Securities Regulation Code.
