The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) has received reports that
1. REAL TECHNO TRADING;
2. INFINITE GOLD MARKETING;
3. ABRILLIANCE POWERS TRADING;
4. SEVEN STAR GENERAL MERCHANDISE;
5. ALL ACCESS GATEWAY;
6. 1B & W ENTERPRISE;
7. INNOV8 BEAUTY & WELLNESS;
8. PALAWAN ENTRE-BUSINESS COMPANY; and
9. MYSUPER SAVER COMPANY LIMITED
in Puerto Princesa City / Palawan are engaging in pyramid marketing/investment-taking activities where one is enticed/solicited to invest an amount of money, with a promised return of double/triple or even much of the amount invested, upon payout exit; pursuing investment-taking activities that seemed under the guise of the sale of its packages including recruiting, referring, or sponsoring prospective members/downlines; soliciting, accepting or receiving from others money for the purpose of trading and/or investment contracts; and holding business presentations for the purpose of pursuing investment-taking activities. Such activities may border on both pyramiding scheme as defined in the Consumers Act of the Philippines (RA7394) which is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Trade and Industry (‘DTI’), and illegal investment-taking which may be violative of the Securities Regulation Code (RA8799) which is under the jurisdiction of this Commission.
REAL TECHNO TRADING, INFINITE GOLD MARKETING, ABRILLIANCE POWERS TRADING, SEVEN STAR GENERAL MERCHANDISE, ALL ACCESS GATEWAY, 1B & W ENTERPRISE, INNOV8 BEAUTY & WELLNESS, PALAWAN ENTRE-BUSINESS COMPANY and MYSUPER SAVER COMPANY LIMITED are NOT AUTHORIZED to solicit investments from the public as they did not secure the necessary permit from the Commission as required under Sections 8 and 28 of the Securities Regulation Code. Further, per records, only the following are registered with the Commission either as corporation or partnership: ALL ACCESS GATEWAY INC. (SEC Reg. No. CS201200957), ABBRILLIANCE POWERS INTL. TRADING, INC. (SEC Reg. No. CS201514634) PALAWAN ENTRE-BUSINESS COMPANY (SEC Reg. No. PG201609364), and MYSUPER SAVER COMPANY LIMITED (SEC Reg. No. PL201403978). The rest are either DTI-registered entity or non-DTI/SEC registered entity.
Those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this venture or offer investment contract or securities to the public may be held criminally liable or accordingly sanctioned or penalized, in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of SEC v Oudine Santos [G.R. No. 195542, March 19, 2014].
In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise self-restraint and caution or more prudently to STOP INVESTING their money into such investment activity and to take the necessary precautions in dealing with the above entity and/or its representatives.
