Per SEC findings, “JAP RATTANCO” posted in its website, http://www.vgc-paper.com/index.html, a copy of its Certificate of Registration purportedly issued by the Commission.
However, the public is hereby informed that, as per records of the Commission, “JAP RATTANCO” is NOT REGISTERED with the Commission either as a partnership or a corporation.
In view thereof, the public is advised to deal with registered corporations, partnerships and entities, engaged in legitimate or duly licensed business activities
