The public is hereby warned concerning theallegedinvestment taking activities of WAHANA CREDIT AND LOAN CORPORATION / WAHANA MULTI PURPOSE BANK, withoffice located at No. 467 Alabang-Zapote Road, RR Gonzales Commercial Building, Las Piñas City.WAHANA CREDIT AND LOAN CORPORATION / WAHANA MULTI PURPOSE BANK are not SEC-registered entities and were not issued Certificates of Authority to Operate as Lending and/or Financing Companies.Information that reached this Commission disclosedthat said entities, with alleged business of lending money to casino players, are soliciting investments from the public with a promise ofreturnas high as 12% weekly interest or 48% monthly interest.
