The Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons representing an entity named ELITE ENTREP BLUE PRINT / ELITE ENTREPRENEUR BLUE PRINT / EEBP is enticing thepublic to invest in said entity.Based on the reports from the public and from various posts in Facebook (FB), ELITE ENTREP BLUE PRINT/ ELITE ENTREPRENEUR BLUE PRINT / EEBP has been invitingthe public to join their company by investing a capital amounting toP115,000.00 with a promise of receiving P11,500.00 worth of Royale products. The investors will get the return of their investmentsthrough selling the products and recruiting new investors. Said scheme is similar tothe investment scheme employed by TEACHERS FINANCIAL COACHING PROGRAM (TFCP)/TEACHERS FINANCIAL FREEDOM PROGRAM (TFFP)/ELITE TEACHERS FINANCIAL PROGRAM (ETFP)/TEACHERS FINANCIAL PROGRAM (TFP) as described in an Advisory issued by the Commission on 10 January 2020.In its FB posts, ELITE ENTREP BLUE PRINT/ ELITE ENTREPRENEUR BLUE PRINT / EEBP is enticing the public to invest in their company by further promising investors with a weekly income of P5,000.00 to P50,000.00 and 1 Million BPI insurance coverage, as shown below:
The public is hereby informed thatELITE ENTREP BLUE PRINT/ ELITE ENTREPRENEUR BLUE PRINT / EEBPis not authorized to solicit investments from the public as this entitydid not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit investmentsfrom the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 ofthe Securities Regulation Code (SRC).Those who act as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of ELITE ENTREP BLUE PRINT/ ELITE ENTREPRENEUR BLUE PRINT / EEBPin selling or convincing people to invest inthe investment scheme being offered bythe said entity including soliciting investments or recruiting investorsthrough the internet maybe held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRCand penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00)or imprisonment of Twenty One (21) years or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC (SEC vs. Oudine Santos, G.R.
