The Securities and Exchange Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons representing MY GOLD REV/MY GOLD REV PHILIPPINESare enticing the public to invest their money in the said entitieswith the promise of high monetary rewards or profits.Per recordsof the Securities and Exchange Commission, MY GOLD REV/ MY GOLD REV PHILIPPINESare not registered either as a corporation or partnership. Furthermore, said entitiesarenot authorized to solicit investments from the public as theydid not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit investmentsas prescribed under Section 8 of theSecurities Regulation Code.Based on information gathered by the Commission, the entry packages for the investment plansoffered by MY GOLD REV are as follows:As shown above, MY GOLD REV offers packages fromtwentydollars to one hundred thousanddollars($10-$100,000)promisingreturns of at least2% to as much as 3.5% dailyfor 80 to 100 days for total returnsranging from 260% to 450%. .
