have been
soliciting investment from the public.
Based on information gathered by the Commission,
RISING OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
offers
the following
compensation
plans:
U
nder
ROI’s
program, a member may invest for as low
P500.00 up to 50,000.00
and promises, depending on the selected plan
,
i.e., Starting Plan, Elite Trading System
Plan,
Premium Dealer System Plan and Partnership Plan
, a return on investment
ranging
from
P600 up to P 90,000
or
120%

150% return for
10, 15, 20 or 30 days.

scheme is to issue an “
investment contract
” which shall serve as the

registered with the
Commission as a corporation or partnership. It is not
authorized
to solicit investments from
the public as this entity did not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit
investments from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities
Regulation Code.

ublic is hereby warned that the

being propagated by
RISING OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
are considered as securities
in the nature of
investment contracts
subject to the regulatory authority of this Commission.
The
offering and selling of securities to the public without a permit or license is a violation
of Section 8.1. of the Securities Regulation Code.
Accordingly, those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this
venture or offer investment
contracts or securities to the public may be held criminally
liable under Section 28 of the SRC penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million Pesos
