The Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons
representing an entity named CASHBAKA is enticing the public to invest their money in the
said entity with the promise of high monetary rewards or profits.
Based on the reports, CASHBAKA is enticing the public to invest in the said entity by
purchasing cows for a promise of receiving 150% – 200% interest within 30 days
including a return of capital within 15 days, as shown below:
Information gathered from the Facebook (FB) Page of CASHBAKA, shows that the
said entity has been inviting the public to invest for a promise of a Return of Investment
(ROI) within 15 days, as shown below:
In a social media post, CASHBAKA posted and advertised the company’s
Compensation Plan Package, to wit:
The public is hereby informed that based on an initial verification from the
Commission’s database, CASHBAKA is NOT registered with the Commission either as a
corporation or partnership and is NOT AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT INVESTMENTS from the
public, not having secured prior registration and/or license to sell securities or solicit
investments as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).
In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise caution in dealing with any
individual or group of persons soliciting investments for and on behalf of CASHBAKA. The
public is further advised NOT TO INVEST or to STOP INVESTING in the investment scheme
being offered by any individuals claiming to represent said entity.
The Commission further warns that those who claim to act as salesmen, brokers,
dealers or agents of CASHBAKA in offering and/or selling or convincing people to invest in
the investment scheme allegedly of the said entity, through the internet or any other means,
may be held criminally liable under Section 28 of the SRC and penalized with a maximum
fine of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) or imprisonment of Twenty One (21)
years or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC (SEC vs. Oudine Santos, G.R. No. 195542, 19
March 2014).
