.

form of investment contract

mandated
by Republic Act No. 8799 or the
Securities Regulation Code of the Philippines to be registered with the Commission
before
these
securities are offered to the public.
TRUST LEGACY INTERNATIONAL
is not registered with the Commission as a corporation or
partnership and is
NOT AUTHORIZED
TO SOLICIT INVESTMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
as
it
did not secure
prior registration and/or license to solicit investments from the
Commission as prescribed
under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code.

Provider (VASP) with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
