We are pleased to formally invite you to the 10th Annual SEC-PSE Corporate Governance Forum with the theme, “Philippine ESG: Navigating toward Interoperability”, jointly organized by the SEC Philippines and the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and in partnership with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the Philippine Sustainability Reporting Committee (PSRC), to be held on 24 November 2023, from 8:00 AM-3:30 PM at the SecECenter, The SEC Headquarters, 7907 Makati Avenue, Salcedo Village, Bel-air, Makati City 1209. 

The Forum aims to fortify corporate governance and sustainability in the country by giving great focus on securing the corporate governance spaces, both physical and virtual, and preserving resource and capital. The Forum also seeks to open up a dialogue between the regulator and its stakeholders to discuss key regulatory updates on corporate governance and sustainability as well as relevant issues of the day. The topics to be covered are the following: (a) Interoperability of Global Sustainability Frameworks, (b) Social Challenges in Corporate Governance, and (c) Key Regulatory Updates on Corporate Governance and Sustainability/Introduction to the New Sustainability Report Form (SURE Form).
